ORDERS + SHIPPING
How much does shipping cost?
At Sincerely, Bitter, we offer free ground shipping on orders over $55 (after discounts and before taxes) to the continental U.S. For orders under $55, expedited shipping, rates will be calculated based on your order total and destination address.
Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we do not offer international shipping. However, as Sincerely, Bitter continues to grow, we hope to expand and offer sales and shipping worldwide in the future.
How can I find out the status of my order?
We provide a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Simply click on the tracking number to monitor your order’s shipping progress. For orders with multiple shipments, each will have a separate tracking number.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
All of our products are made in-house by our small (but mighty) team. We do our absolute best to get every order out within 2 to 7 business days, but timing can vary slightly depending on order volume and product availability. Thanks for being patient with a small biz—you’re the real MVP.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you’d like to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will check the status of your order and do our best to make the changes or cancel it before it ships.
How should I report a missing item/damaged or defective item from my order?
If you’ve received a missing, damaged, or defective item in your order, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will be happy to assist you in resolving the problem.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
At Sincerely, Bitter, all of our products are made to order once your purchase is placed. If your item arrives damaged or there’s a manufacturing issue, reach out within 15 days of delivery and we’ll make it right—you can choose between a free reprint or a full refund. For unsuccessful deliveries, the same options apply. We appreciate your support and understanding as a small business!
How do I return an item?
If you've received a damaged item and have contacted us to arrange a reprint or refund, there's no need to return the item. You are welcome to keep, donate, or recycle it.

Do you charge sales tax?

Do you offer e-gift cards?
We hate to be the bearer of bad news (it’s kind of our thing), but we don’t offer e-gift cards at the moment. Hopefully someday soon—but for now, you’ll have to commit to something real. Thanks for keeping it bitter with us. 💔
