How Do I Return an Item?
If you've received a damaged item and have contacted us to arrange a reprint or refund, there's no need to return the item. You are welcome to keep, donate, or recycle it.
The Item Arrived Was Damaged. What Do I Do?
If you’ve received a damaged, or defective item in your order, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will be happy to assist you in resolving the problem.
What Is Your Return Period?
In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 15 days of product delivery.
