Shipping Information

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping. However, as Sincerely, Bitter continues to grow, we hope to expand and offer sales and shipping worldwide in the future.

At Sincerely, Bitter, we offer free ground shipping on orders over $55 (after discounts and before taxes) to the continental U.S. For orders under $55, expedited shipping, rates will be calculated based on your order total and destination address. During busy times, such as Christmas, please allow a couple of extra days.

Don’t worry, we record and track every parcel we send. If your order has not arrived, please send us an email with your order number, and we will find your package’s whereabouts.

Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and are working on it. You will then receive another email when we’ve shipped your order.
